Damage Assessment: Upon return of the rental equipment, our team will thoroughly inspect the bounce house for any damages. We document any issues or concerns and assess the extent of the damage.
Customer Responsibility: We kindly remind our customers that they are responsible for the proper use and care of the rental equipment during the rental period. This includes adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring that the equipment is used in appropriate conditions.
Accidental Damage: We understand that accidents can occur despite best efforts. In cases of accidental damage, we assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work with the customer to determine a fair resolution.
Intentional Damage or Negligence: Any intentional damage to the rental equipment or negligence resulting in damage will be the responsibility of the customer. This includes damage caused by improper setup, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow safety instructions.
